ROCK AND ROLL BEDS
We specialise in fitting top-quality SCOPEMA ergonomic Rib seats, ensuring exceptional comfort. Additionally, we expertly install A-frame rock and roll beds, delivering unparalleled service and reliability.
CARPET LINING
Carpet lining can significantly enhance the look and feel of a van by covering internal metal surfaces and adding new panels, with the option to include logos. Quality materials are used, available in various colors and finishes, from standard carpet to suede, depending on the desired aesthetic.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Ensuring your camper has the appropriate electrical setup is crucial for powering lighting and various appliances like the fridge and cooker. This includes installing standard VRS split charge systems, leisure batteries, complete 12v control systems with solar panel management, and a 240v hook-up for campsites. A properly fitted 12v system offers independence from your van’s power, ensuring you never face the inconvenience of a drained battery when starting your vehicle.
FLOORING INSTALLATIONS
Our approach to flooring involves laying each floor on wooden battens to establish a sturdy foundation. Every element is carefully glued in position, ensuring a secure fit. We prioritize the preservation of your van by avoiding unnecessary screwing, thus minimizing the risk of rust and damage. Our commitment to quality is evident in our use of premium 12mm marine plywood for crafting durable, one-piece floors that are securely glued without any screws penetrating the vehicle.

We like to think we know our stuff and specialise in offering technical advice and installation services at our workshop in the heart of the North West – Runcorn, Cheshire
Drive Away Awning Rail – Fitting Service
We offer a fitting service to install the multi-rails for use with drive-away awning and canopies.
This service is a drive-in, drive-out service while you wait and takes up to an hour to complete.
We install the following brands:

Purchase online and we will call you to arrange an appointment.
RIB Bed Fitting Service
Duration: 1 day – your vehicle must be at our workshop by 8:30 a.m. on the day.
Fitting Kits are available for T5/T6 fittings, unfortunately, there isn’t a tested installation kit (to our knowledge) for other makes and models of vehicles, therefore DC Conversions will manufacture one accordingly but please note that this is not safety tested as above.

Bike Carrier Fitting Service
This is for a drive-in, drive-out service for a ready-assembled bike rack while you wait, and takes up to an hour to complete.
Spoiler fitted?
We cannot fit to vans with a spoiler without it being removed prior to the installation date. Please Read T&Cs on link
